My approach at Primal Health & Wellness is aimed at helping you return to an optimal state of health. What that means will be different for everyone, but whatever your health goals are we’ll try to get there together. I integrate acupuncture treatment with a holistic lifestyle approach including diet, exercise, and stress management. I draw from the rich tradition of Chinese Medicine as well as modern insights from Nature/Forest Medicine and Ecopsychology to help you reestablish a state of wellness in your life. Bringing people back into a closer relationship with nature both for their own physical and psychological health and the health of the planet is one of the major themes of my approach. I am a longtime practitioner of tai chi and qigong and am the author of Primal Energy: An Introduction to Qigong, and Primal Health: A Brief Introduction to Chinese Medicine.
