The idea is to see Nature more clearly by learning more about basic biology. The learning process is seen as a meditation. For example, you learn basic flower structure, then we walk about seeing how every blossom met with differs from our idealized average flower. As we absorb "variations on a basic flower theme," you fill your mind with colors, textures and designs that feel good taking them in. Do this enough and "Nature speaks to you... " in the sense that your spirit is impressed with natural paradigms. All I do is to provide one of many doors to experiencing Nature, then Nature does the rest.
